GABRIEL RODRIGUEZ
General ManagerOriginally from Puerto Rico, Gabe joined the team in 2018 after 5 years working for large multinational companies across the globe in different capacities. Since he joined, Gabe has been leading key initiatives for the company in addition to taking the role of head coach. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Management.
MANNY LOPEZ DE QUINTANA
Lead TechnicianBorn in Cuba, Manny moved to South Florida at a young age. After several years in the industry, Manny founded Brophy Air in 1991. His passion for customer service and cutting edge HVAC technology has made him really effective at coaching and developing our field technician force while ensuring high quality of our work. Manny graduated from the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida and was an instructor in the program for many years.
MANUEL QUEVEDO
Business Development ExecutiveManuel joined the team at the start of 2021 as Brophy Air focuses on providing its solutions to an ever expanding client base. Manuel works with prospective clients customizing a solution that maximizes the client’s operating budget, increases the building’s efficiency, and helps to prolong the life of building assets.
MARIA GARCIA
Service ClerkMaria joined us summer of 2020. Maria is in the front lines taking customers calls, coordinating service with technicians and customers, and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service. Maria comes to Brophy Air with 16 years of customer service experience.
MARGARITA ALONSO
Administrative AssistantMargarita, a South Florida native, joined the team in 2012. Margarita currently manages our billing, collections, accounts payable and payroll processes. From ordering our office supplies to planning birthdays, the office wouldn’t be able to run without Margarita.
LIZETTE DIAZ MASSO
Owner and Managing MemberLizette took over Brophy Air in 2017 and converted it to a Linc Service franchise. Her goal is to build on the high quality of work Brophy Air is known for and leverage Linc Service to provide the South Florida market with innovative offerings. Lizette graduated from University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Industrial Engineering and then pursued a Master’s degree in Robotics from Purdue University.

RUBEN CENDAN
Master HVAC JourneymanRuben has been with Brophy Air since its founding 29 years ago. Throughout the years, Ruben has gained deep knowledge and experience with all types of HVAC equipment and his focus on putting the customer’s best interests first has ensured Brophy Air’s success. Ruben graduated from the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida and has his Master HVAC Journeyman license.

HVAC JourneymanJosé joined Brophy Air in the middle of the 2008 recession and has been focused on making Brophy Air thrive since then. José’s professionalism, punctuality and reliability has allowed him to be seen as a partner rather than just a service provider across our oldest key accounts. José graduated from the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida.
LON SUTTLE
HVAC JourneymanLon joined our team 8 years ago after being part of another Linc franchise. In addition to his focus on service and repair, Lon is known for his expertise in HVAC equipment installations and piping.
JOHN BURKE
HVAC ApprenticeJohn is currently on the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida. Over the past few years, he has been focused on assisting our journeymen in repairs and installations to build up his HVAC knowledge and experience. Now, John’s passion for HVAC and his fast learning ability have allowed him to excel out in the field on his own.

HVAC ApprenticeChris is the newest addition to the team. Chris is currently in the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida.
